Innovative video security is now a central component of our comprehensive security technology offering.

The functionality of the overall system, comprising access control and video security technology, depends on which individual components are chosen and how they work together to form a system.

Using the prime Video software, up to 16 IP cameras can be combined into one view on the video monitoring screen to monitor areas, production facilities or car parks, for example. During playback it shows which camera is recording (red) or which is in playback mode.

Live streams, recording and playback parameters and control options can be recorded, set and displayed in various views. As well as being used for straightforward recording and surveillance, cameras can also capture event-based alarm situations.

With prime TopView, cameras can be programmed to playback the scene before, during and after the event in predefined sequences and rate it as an alarm.
The same result is possible with the primeWeb Alarm Management module.
If the cameras themselves support integrated analytical applications, primeWeb can be programmed to trigger an alarm for the events.

Recordings can be started manually. In this case it is possible to turn a camera or to zoom into an area to view it more closely (PTZ controls). Time-controlled recording (from prime TopView or by way of camera events) and even alarms generated can be defined with pre- and post-alarm times
